ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

เมื่อคุณสมัคร เข้าสู่ระบบ ส่งยอดซื้อ หรือเพิ่มเพื่อน LINE OA ของกิจกรรม ถือว่าคุณได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ กติกาและเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรม และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากข้อกำหนดนี้ขัดกับกติกากิจกรรมในเรื่องการคิดคะแนนหรือการรับรางวัล ให้ใช้กติกากิจกรรมเป็นหลัก

2. คุณสมบัติผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม

• เป็นบุคคลธรรมดา มีบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่ตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียน เพื่อใช้ยืนยันตัวตนในวันงาน
• ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง
• พนักงานและทีมงานของผู้จัดกิจกรรมและผู้ดูแลระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้ ไม่มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัล

3. บัญชีผู้ใช้

• 1 คน มีได้ 1 บัญชีเท่านั้น (1 อีเมล / 1 บัญชี LINE / 1 เบอร์โทรศัพท์)
• ข้อมูลที่ลงทะเบียนต้องเป็นความจริงและเป็นปัจจุบัน โดยเฉพาะชื่อ-นามสกุลจริงและเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ติดต่อได้
• คุณต้องเก็บ PIN ไว้เป็นความลับ และรับผิดชอบการใช้งานทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นในบัญชีของคุณ หากสงสัยว่ามีผู้อื่นใช้บัญชี ให้แจ้งเราทันที
• ชื่อที่แสดง (display name) จะปรากฏบนกระดานอันดับ ห้ามใช้ชื่อที่หยาบคาย ละเมิดผู้อื่น หรือแอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลอื่นหรือศิลปิน เราอาจแก้ไขหรือระงับชื่อที่ไม่เหมาะสม

4. การส่งยอดซื้อและสลิป

• ส่งได้เฉพาะการซื้อจากช่องทางที่ร่วมรายการ และภายในช่วงเวลาที่กิจกรรมกำหนด
• สลิปหรือใบเสร็จต้องเป็นของจริง เป็นการซื้อของคุณเอง อ่านได้ชัดเจน และไม่ถูกตัดต่อหรือแก้ไข
• 1 เลขคำสั่งซื้อหรือเลขที่ใบเสร็จ ส่งได้เพียงครั้งเดียวในทั้งระบบ
• คุณยืนยันว่ามีสิทธิ์ส่งรูปภาพนั้น และอนุญาตให้เราใช้รูปภาพเพื่อการตรวจสอบตามกิจกรรมนี้เท่านั้น
• เราอาจขอหลักฐานเพิ่มเติม เช่น ใบเสร็จตัวจริงหรือหน้าคำสั่งซื้อในแอป ก่อนอนุมัติหรือก่อนมอบรางวัล

5. การตรวจสอบและคะแนน

• ทีมงานตรวจทุกรายการก่อนนับคะแนน โดยระบบ AI ช่วยคัดกรองความเสี่ยง แต่ผู้ตัดสินอนุมัติหรือปฏิเสธคือทีมงานเสมอ
• คะแนนนับเฉพาะรายการที่อนุมัติแล้ว ตามอัตราที่กติกากิจกรรมกำหนด
• อันดับและคะแนนที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์ระหว่างกิจกรรมเป็นข้อมูลล่าสุด ณ ขณะนั้น และอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้จนกว่าจะประกาศผลอย่างเป็นทางการ
• หากพบภายหลังว่ารายการที่อนุมัติไปแล้วไม่ถูกต้อง เราสามารถยกเลิกคะแนนของรายการนั้นได้

6. ผู้โชคดีและรางวัล

• ผู้โชคดีมาจาก 2 ช่องทาง: Top Spender ตามอันดับคะแนนสะสม และ Lucky Fan จากการสุ่ม ตามจำนวนและเงื่อนไขในกติกากิจกรรม
• ผู้โชคดีต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายในเวลาที่ทีมงานกำหนด หากติดต่อไม่ได้หรือไม่ยืนยันตามเวลา สิทธิ์จะตกเป็นของรายชื่อสำรอง
• ผู้โชคดีต้องมาด้วยตนเองในวันงาน พร้อมบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่ชื่อตรงกับที่ลงทะเบียน
• รางวัลไม่สามารถโอน เปลี่ยน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
• ผู้โชคดีต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎของสถานที่และคำแนะนำของทีมงานในวันงาน ผู้จัดกิจกรรมอาจปฏิเสธการเข้างานหากไม่ปฏิบัติตาม
• ภาษีหรือค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรางวัล (ถ้ามี) เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และค่าเดินทางมายังสถานที่จัดงานเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้โชคดี

7. LINE Official Account

เมื่อเพิ่มเพื่อน LINE OA ของกิจกรรม คุณจะได้รับข้อความและเมนูที่เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมนี้ เช่น การเปิดรับสมัคร การแจ้งเตือน และการประกาศผล คุณบล็อก LINE OA ได้ทุกเมื่อ แต่อาจพลาดการแจ้งเตือนสำคัญ การใช้งาน LINE อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของ LY Corporation ด้วย

8. ข้อห้าม

ห้ามกระทำการต่อไปนี้

• ส่งสลิปหรือใบเสร็จปลอม ตัดต่อ แก้ไข หรือสร้างด้วย AI หรือใช้สลิปของผู้อื่น
• สมัครหลายบัญชี ใช้ข้อมูลของผู้อื่น หรือซื้อขายบัญชีหรือสิทธิ์
• ใช้บอต สคริปต์ หรือเครื่องมืออัตโนมัติ เพื่อสมัคร ส่งรายการ หรือดึงข้อมูลจากบริการ
• พยายามเข้าถึงระบบหรือบัญชีที่ไม่ใช่ของตน รบกวน หรือโจมตีระบบ
• ส่งข้อความที่หยาบคาย คุกคาม หรือละเมิดกฎหมาย ถึงทีมงานหรือผู้อื่น

9. การตัดสิทธิ์

หากเราพบหรือมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่ามีการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้หรือกติกากิจกรรม เราสามารถปฏิเสธรายการ ยกเลิกคะแนน ระงับหรือปิดบัญชี และเพิกถอนสิทธิ์รับรางวัลได้ทันที รวมถึงเรียกคืนรางวัลที่ได้มอบไปแล้ว และดำเนินการตามกฎหมายในกรณีที่เป็นการทุจริต คำตัดสินของผู้จัดกิจกรรมถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

10. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ชื่อ โลโก้ ภาพ ข้อความ และงานออกแบบในบริการ เป็นของผู้จัดกิจกรรม ศิลปิน ค่ายเพลง หรือเจ้าของสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือใช้เพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

• เราให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ และพยายามให้ระบบพร้อมใช้งานตลอดช่วงกิจกรรม แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าระบบจะไม่ขัดข้องเลย
• เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อรายการที่ส่งไม่สำเร็จเพราะปัญหาอินเทอร์เน็ต อุปกรณ์ หรือบริการของบุคคลที่สาม (เช่น LINE) หรือส่งหลังเวลาปิดรับ
• หากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยหรือเหตุที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม เช่น ศิลปินหรือผู้จัดงานเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกกิจกรรม ผู้จัดกิจกรรมอาจเลื่อน เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกกิจกรรมหรือรางวัลได้
• ทั้งนี้ ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายห้ามมิให้จำกัด

12. การเปลี่ยนแปลง

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ กติกา วันเวลา หรือรายละเอียดกิจกรรมตามความจำเป็น โดยจะประกาศบนเว็บไซต์หรือผ่าน LINE OA การใช้บริการต่อหลังการประกาศถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่ปรับปรุงแล้ว

13. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย และศาลไทยมีอำนาจพิจารณาข้อพิพาทที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากฉบับภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษไม่ตรงกัน ให้ใช้ฉบับภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก

14. ติดต่อเรา

1. Accepting these terms

By registering, signing in, submitting purchases or adding the campaign LINE OA as a friend, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the campaign rules and the Privacy Policy. Where these terms conflict with the campaign rules on points or prizes, the campaign rules apply.

2. Eligibility

• You must be an individual with a national ID card or passport that matches your registered name, for identity checks on event day.
• If you are under 20, you need your parent or guardian's consent.
• Employees and staff of the organizer and platform operator involved in this campaign are not eligible for prizes.

3. Your account

• One person may hold only one account (one email, one LINE account, one phone number).
• Your registration details must be true and current, especially your legal full name and a phone number we can reach.
• Keep your PIN secret. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
• Your display name appears on the leaderboard. It must not be offensive, infringe others' rights, or impersonate another person or the artist. We may change or suspend unsuitable names.

4. Submitting purchases and slips

• Only purchases from participating channels made within the campaign period count.
• Slips and receipts must be genuine, for your own purchase, clearly readable, and not edited or altered.
• Each order or receipt number can be submitted only once across the whole system.
• You confirm you have the right to submit the image and allow us to use it only to verify entries for this campaign.
• We may ask for more proof, such as the original receipt or the order page in the shopping app, before approval or before awarding a prize.

5. Verification and points

• Staff review every submission before points are counted. AI helps flag risk, but staff always make the final approve or reject decision.
• Points count only for approved submissions, at the rate set in the campaign rules.
• Rankings and points shown during the campaign are live figures and may change until results are officially announced.
• If an approved submission later proves invalid, we may cancel its points.

6. Winners and prizes

• Winners come from two routes: Top Spender by points ranking, and Lucky Fan by random draw, in the numbers and on the conditions set in the campaign rules.
• Winners must confirm within the time our staff give. If we cannot reach a winner or they do not confirm in time, the prize passes to the reserve list.
• Winners must attend in person on event day with a national ID card or passport matching their registered name.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Winners must follow venue rules and staff instructions on event day. The organizer may refuse entry to anyone who does not.
• Any tax or charges on prizes follow the law. Travel to the venue is the winner's own responsibility.

7. LINE Official Account

When you add the campaign LINE OA, you will receive messages and menus about this campaign, such as registration opening, reminders and results. You can block the LINE OA at any time, but you may miss important notices. Your use of LINE is also subject to LY Corporation's terms.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• submit fake, edited, altered or AI-generated slips or receipts, or someone else's slip;
• create multiple accounts, use another person's details, or buy or sell accounts or entitlements;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to register, submit entries or scrape the Service;
• try to access systems or accounts that are not yours, or disrupt or attack the Service;
• send abusive, harassing or unlawful messages to our staff or others.

9. Disqualification

If we find, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, a breach of these terms or the campaign rules, we may reject entries, cancel points, suspend or close accounts and withdraw prize eligibility immediately. We may also reclaim prizes already given and take legal action in cases of fraud. The organizer's decision is final.

10. Intellectual property

Names, logos, images, text and designs in the Service belong to the organizer, the artist, the record label or the relevant rights holders. Do not copy, adapt or use them commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided as is. We aim to keep it available throughout the campaign but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions.
• We are not responsible for entries that fail because of internet, device or third-party service (such as LINE) problems, or that arrive after the closing time.
• In events of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, such as the artist or event organizer changing or cancelling the event, the organizer may postpone, change or cancel the campaign or prizes.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms, the rules, dates or campaign details when needed and will announce changes on the website or through the LINE OA. Continuing to use the Service after an announcement means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over related disputes. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
