บริษัท โมลเวนท์เทค จำกัด (เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี 0505569000769) เป็นผู้พัฒนาและดูแลระบบ ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามคำสั่งของผู้จัดกิจกรรม
ในนโยบายนี้ คำว่า "เรา" หมายถึงผู้จัดกิจกรรมและบริษัท โมลเวนท์เทค จำกัด ตามบทบาทข้างต้น
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
ข้อมูลที่คุณให้เราโดยตรง
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: ชื่อ-นามสกุลจริง ชื่อที่แสดง (display name) อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และรหัส PIN 6 หลัก ซึ่งเราเก็บเฉพาะค่าที่เข้ารหัสแบบทางเดียว (hash) ไม่เก็บ PIN ตัวจริง
- ข้อมูลการซื้อ: ช่องทางที่ซื้อ เลขคำสั่งซื้อหรือเลขที่ใบเสร็จ วันที่ซื้อ ยอดเงิน และรูปภาพสลิปหรือใบเสร็จที่คุณอัปโหลด ซึ่งอาจมีข้อมูลอื่นปรากฏอยู่ในภาพ เช่น ชื่อหรือที่อยู่ผู้รับสินค้า
- ข้อความที่คุณส่งถึงเรา: คำถามหรือข้อความที่ส่งผ่าน LINE OA หรือช่องทางติดต่ออื่น

- ประกาศผลผู้โชคดี: แสดงชื่อที่แสดง ชื่อ-นามสกุลแบบปกปิดบางส่วน และเบอร์โทรศัพท์แบบปกปิดบางส่วน เพื่อให้ผู้โชคดีตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ของตนได้
อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์เต็ม รูปสลิป และข้อมูลการซื้อ จะไม่ถูกเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะ
6. การเปิดเผยแก่บุคคลอื่น
เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่บุคคลต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น
- ผู้จัดกิจกรรม ค่ายเพลง และผู้จัดงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้อง: รายชื่อผู้โชคดีและข้อมูลที่ใช้ยืนยันตัวตนในวันงาน
- ผู้ให้บริการที่ทำงานแทนเรา ภายใต้สัญญาที่กำหนดให้รักษาความลับ:

7. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการในข้อ 6 อาจจัดเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกา ญี่ปุ่น และประเทศอื่นที่ผู้ให้บริการมีศูนย์ข้อมูล เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรฐานคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม และมีข้อสัญญาคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
8. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา
- ข้อมูลบัญชี ข้อมูลการซื้อ และรูปสลิป: เก็บตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม และลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ภายใน 90 วันหลังวันงาน
- ข้อมูลผู้โชคดีและหลักฐานการจับรางวัล: เก็บนานเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนด (เช่น ด้านภาษีและการตรวจสอบ) แล้วจึงลบ
- หมายเลข IP สำหรับป้องกันการโจมตี: ไม่เกิน 24 ชั่วโมง

9. คุกกี้

10. ความปลอดภัย
เราเข้ารหัสการรับส่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดด้วย HTTPS เก็บ PIN แบบเข้ารหัสทางเดียว จำกัดสิทธิ์ให้เฉพาะทีมงานที่ได้รับอนุญาตเข้าถึงข้อมูลและรูปสลิป บันทึกการกระทำของแอดมิน และจำกัดจำนวนครั้งในการลองเข้าสู่ระบบ หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อสิทธิของคุณ เราจะแจ้งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและแจ้งคุณตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
กรุณาอย่าเปิดเผย PIN ของคุณแก่ผู้อื่น ทีมงานจะไม่ขอ PIN จากคุณไม่ว่าทางช่องทางใด
11. ผู้เยาว์
หากคุณอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี กรุณาขอความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนสมัครร่วมกิจกรรม ผู้ปกครองสามารถติดต่อเราเพื่อใช้สิทธิแทนผู้เยาว์ได้ตามข้อ 12
12. สิทธิของคุณ
ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิดังนี้
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ
- ขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน
- ขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
- ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
- คัดค้านการเก็บ ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล
- ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น
- ถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้ได้ทุกเมื่อ
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)
ติดต่อใช้สิทธิได้ตามข้อ 14 เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน โปรดทราบว่าหากคุณขอลบข้อมูลหรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูลระหว่างกิจกรรม เราอาจไม่สามารถนับคะแนนหรือให้สิทธิ์รับรางวัลแก่คุณได้
13. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ตามความเหมาะสม และจะแสดงวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งบนเว็บไซต์หรือผ่าน LINE OA
14. ติดต่อเรา
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use lykn-reflexion.molevent.tech and the LINE Official Account of the LYKN REFLEXION Lucky Fan Campaign (together, the "Service"), in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"). If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
1. Data controller and scope
The organizer of the LYKN REFLEXION Lucky Fan Campaign (the "Organizer") is the data controller and decides why the data is used.
Molevent Tech Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0505569000769) builds and operates the platform and acts as a data processor on the Organizer's instructions.
In this policy, "we" means the Organizer and Molevent Tech Co., Ltd. in those roles.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account data: legal full name, display name, email, phone number and a 6-digit PIN. We store only a one-way hash of the PIN, never the PIN itself.
- Purchase data: purchase channel, order or receipt number, purchase date, amount, and the slip or receipt image you upload. The image may show other details, such as a delivery name or address.
- Messages: questions or messages you send through the LINE OA or other contact channels.
Data from LINE
- When you sign in with LINE Login: your LINE user ID, LINE display name and email (if you allow LINE to share it).
- When you add or block the campaign LINE OA: your LINE user ID, display name and friend status, used to show the right menu and send campaign messages.
Data collected automatically
- IP address, used to rate-limit sign-in attempts and block attacks, deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Sign-in cookies (see section 9) and technical system logs.
- Slip check results and staff review history, plus your points, ranking and draw results.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.
3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to this campaign and we never sell it. If we want to use it for another purpose, we will ask for your consent first.
4. AI-assisted slip checks
Slip images and purchase details you submit are analysed with Google's AI service (Gemini API) to help assess whether a slip may be edited or a duplicate. We store a numeric representation of each image (an embedding) to compare how similar slips are.
5. Information shown publicly
- Leaderboard: your display name, points and number of slips. Do not use your real name or other personal details as your display name if you do not want to be recognized.
- Winner announcement: display name, partially masked full name and partially masked phone number, so winners can confirm their own entry.
Your email, full phone number, slip images and purchase details are never shown publicly.
6. Sharing with others
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- The Organizer, the record label and the event organizer: the winner list and the data needed to verify identity on event day.
- Service providers acting for us, bound by confidentiality:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database, slip file storage and attack protection
- Google LLC (Gemini API): slip analysis as described in section 4
- LY Corporation (LINE): LINE Login and LINE Official Account
- Government authorities when required by law or by an order from a court or authorized official.
7. International transfers
The providers in section 6 may store or process data on servers outside Thailand, such as in the United States, Japan and other countries where they run data centres. We use providers with appropriate data protection standards and contractual safeguards as required by the PDPA.
8. How long we keep data
- Account data, purchase data and slip images: for the campaign period, then deleted or anonymized within 90 days after the event day.
- Winner data and draw records: for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax and audit), then deleted.
- IP addresses for attack protection: no longer than 24 hours.
- Sign-in cookies: for the lifetime in section 9, or until you sign out.
9. Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work, so no separate consent is required. If you block cookies, you will not be able to sign in.

10. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. PINs are stored as one-way hashes. Only authorized staff can access participant data and slip images, admin actions are logged, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. If a data breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Committee and you as the law requires.
Never share your PIN. Our staff will never ask for it through any channel.
11. Minors
If you are under 20, please get your parent or guardian's consent before joining. A parent or guardian may contact us to exercise rights on a minor's behalf under section 12.
12. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data deleted, destroyed or anonymized;
- restrict how your data is used;
- object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data;
- have your data transferred to another controller;
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time;
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Contact us as shown in section 14. We will reply within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your data or object to its use during the campaign, we may no longer be able to count your points or award you a prize.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will show the latest update date at the top of this page. We will announce significant changes on the website or through the LINE OA.
